Role description:
We are looking for 3 HR specialists to join our HR team.
In this role you will work with a team of experts for all the different HR activities (mentorship program, recruitment, training and many others) and you will be in charge of the creation of a plan to increase the motivation and the engagement of the personnel.
Communication:
You will collaborate with the Head of HR and the Marketing team to implement the brand reputation. You will communicate constantly with the Head of HR and the HR team to support all the HR activities.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Support the creation and implementation of the employee relations policies to help increase employees' job satisfaction;
- Hold up the Cuora mentorship program, matching interested mentees to their mentors based on career and industry preference;
- Take part in the recruitment process and devise a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees and managing our staff;
- Sustain the creation of an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them;
- Work to improve the personnel engagement and decrease the turnover;
- Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices and internal equal opportunities;
- Support people working remotely with the best practices.
Qualifications and skills:
- Good people management, analytical and communications skills;
- Able to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, at all levels;
- You demonstrate a proven, hands-on attitude, while remaining flexible and adaptable;
- Track record on talent management and engagement;
- Understanding of all HR metrics, functions and best practices;
- Fluency in English language, written and speaking;
